Regional Data Exchange System (RDES)

is a unitary statistical information system which include the function of database on Food and Agricultural Statistics and gateway for internet website of APCAS (Asia and Pacific Commission for Agricultural Statistics). RDES has been operational since March 2003. More than 500 data records are now stored into the RDES database. Main data are production of crops and livestock, which are sub-national and histrical based. The data are being used by not only domestic users but also international users. RDES contribute to national capacity building and policy analysis through the development of the food and agricultural statistical framework. It is enable greater efficiencies by inter-linking and data exchange between database in national and regional statistical offices.

Database with CountrySTAT

CountrySTAT is a statistical information system which has been developing by Statistics Department, FAO. To use the CountrySTAT as a core system of database software, users can re-tabulate table and make a graph thru this webpage on the statistical information on RDES.
